More than 500 employees are working in 27 ATELCO stores and further 60 in our central office in Möhnesee. You can meet your whole need of computer products in a sales area of more than 22.000 qm in 27 stores and in our internet shop.

Our Event-Store- and Event-City-concept ...

... is an important module of our customer orientation. The stores are normally located at the periphery, are good accessible and offers many possibilities for parking.

Our service islands inside admit an interesting insight in the innovative computer world of ATELCO. There our technicians check and repair, change and clean - everything directly in front of your eyes.

If you have composed the components for your next computer - alone or with expert advice, you can choose the way your computer is assembled. You can assemble your computer alone in one of our stores or at home for yourself or you can ask our technicians to assemble the PC. Our technicians need just 30 minutes for the assembly. You can watch how the chosen components become your new PC and get valueable tips and tricks from our technicians. You can get your assembled computer also at a desired time within the opening hours. In our stores we have special equipped tables for the assembly of computers.

At further tables you can try our interesting PC systems. These we have composed for the different claims (systems für beginners or professionals, for ambitioned gamer or for the home office etc.). Because our basic principle is: You can check and try every demonstration device and product.

Furthermore every store has an electronical sales assistant. They are hidden in an eye-catching advertising pillar. There you can access our website and get information to all our products and our actual stock.

In our Event Cities you can also test loudspeaker systems at special stands. Furthermore you can find the components for your new computer if you just follow the way through our store - from the mainboard to additional elements such as TV cards etc.

Our customers

Since our formation we concentrate ourselves on the increasing needs of computer products and accessories of private persons and companies. Beginners, professionals and PC-experts - in our stores everyone finds the desired products at fair prices.
Companies of differnt dimension appreciate our engaged service and the quality of our advice and our products and are among our regular customers. In addition we have institutions and public authorities which meet their needs in our stores or in our internet shop.

Our qualified employees are available from monday to saturday from 8.30 a.m. till 8 p.m. and on sundays and holidays from 11 a.m. till 6 p.m. We offer three hotlines (for information, for technical questions and for delivery questions), in order that you get the right contact person and need not to be hold on in a line.

Our sales promotion

Quality is important - without extensive sales promotion. We expand since our formation without extensive sales campaigns. We forbear to a large extent from sales promotion, because we prefer to satisfy our customers with our service and our products. The only thing is, that we want to inform our interested customers about new offers and new products. The best way to do it is our pricelist, which we send every two weeks by email and every four weeks by post.

Our administration

Our administration in Möhnesee feature openess and flat hierarchies. All employees in our administration work in a 1200 qm open-plan office on the same floor. It was a former hall for armoury. Plants make an optical zoning between the different departments (back office, sales department, accountancy, management etc.). They contribute as well as the bistro in the middle of the office to the pleasant atmosphere. Everybody who experience this atmosphere once, know why this concept is such successful.

Our internet shop

Since 1998 you can go shopping in our internet store - comfortably from home - with dispatch and in our internet shop. Since its formation the shop is checked at regular intervals from independent institutes, which decorate our store for its good customer service and simple navigation.
In this internet shop we offer extensive information to our products and furthermore the possibility to compose your PC on the basis of your individual wishes. Our PC-Configurator helps you and check directly the compatibility of the selected procucts.
