How to pay ...

You can choose between various methods of payment. In our stores you can pay cash or by cheque (up to 1.000,- €), by EC Card or "Geldkarte" and under specific conditions you can finance your products.

On our websites you can choose between the following methods of payment (some of them are available only with restrictions or under specific conditions):

by cash on delivery

When the articles are delivered you pay at your front door. Please check up at presence of the bearer if the articles are undamaged. (Special costs: 2 € cash on delivery for the Deutsche Post for every parcel within Germany). Please note that we raise an additional charge for cash on delivery shipments in the amount of 3 € in addition to the shipping costs.

by payment in advance

You pay by bank transfer and we deliver the aticles as soon as the contract price is credited to our account. More details you get at the end of your order and in you affirmative mail.

by online bank transfer

The transfer is raised by the Banking-System of T-Online - irrespective of what provider you have. Please hold ready your bank data and your pin and tan number. For further information click here.

by ordinary ec or secure credit card (Visa etc.)

You pay with your ordinary credit card or verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode - if you are registered and activated by your bank. To use this service you complete your order and pay afterwards per credit card at the website of our payment provider. Your order will be processed as soon as our payment provider confirm us your payment. This occurred as soon as you have paid with your credit card. For the handling the JavaScirpt assistnace of your internet provider must be activated. Please note that there always will be realised a validity check of the credit history. This check underlies regional aspects that we have no influence in.

by financing

You pay in comfortable rates. Which repayment periods are offered depends on the level of the order value, which must be at least 200 €. The annual percentage rate of the Citibank is at the moment 9,9 percent.

by PayPal

You finish your order and pay afterwards at the PayPal websites. Your order will processed as soon as your contract price is credited to our account. If the contract price is not credited within the next seven days we cancel the order. Please note that the payment by PayPal is only possible up to a value of 300 €. We deliever exclusively to the at address registered at PayPal. Please note: PayPal transfers credit card based are impossible at present.
